Wellness bars

Ingredients

50 g of oatmeal
50 g of Parisi almonds
50 g of Parisi walnuts
60 g of sunflower seeds
40 g of flaxseed
50 g of Parisi dried grapes
200 g of honey

Preparation

Allow 50 g of dried grapes to soften in warm water.

Meanwhile, grind 50 g of almonds, 50 g of walnuts, 60 g of sunflower seeds and 20 g of oatmeal to a flour.

Combine 40 g flaxseed and 30 g whole oatmeal mix in a bowl. Add the drained and dried grapes and 200 g of honey.
Place a sheet of baking paper on a flat baking sheet and pour all of the mixture onto it, shaping it with a spatula until it forms an even surface just over an inch high.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake, let cool, and cut out bars with a knife.
